About the role:

• Lead complex litigation before tribunals and courts (including the Supreme Court and NCAT)
• Manage legal investigations into unauthorised or misleading conduct
• Draft legal documents, prepare court submissions, and oversee witness coordination
• Provide legal advice and take instructions from governing committees

• Supervise and mentor a team of junior litigation staff

The ideal candidate:

• Admitted Australian Lawyer with a current practising certificate
• Extensive litigation experience across various courts and tribunals
• Proven leadership and team supervision experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of legal regulatory frameworks and natural justice principles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent judgment
• Ability to manage complex case files and competing priorities in a busy legal environment
• Committed to high ethical standards and continuous legal education
