About the role:

• Draft, review, negotiate, and interpret a variety of contracts, especially SaaS agreements (vendor)
• Advise and collaborate with sales, partners, procurement, and other departments to manage agreements and business activities effectively.
• Offer comprehensive legal support for global and local business needs.

The ideal candidate:

• 7 + years of experience as an in-house lawyer or in a leading law firm, with a strong focus on SaaS transactions (vendor)
• Proven ability to draft, negotiate, and manage SaaS contracts (vendor)
• Strong strategic thinking, legal judgment, and ability to handle multiple projects under deadlines, with exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
