Several roles available
Multiple opportunities in SME and mid-market from assistant broking / account management to senior broker roles
Hybrid working arrangements/ full or part-time
· Remuneration $100-180k + incentives, role dependent
We will count on you to:
Work with experienced senior brokers to gain an understanding of clients’ business, risk management and insurance needs across multiple product lines
Cultivate robust client relationships and offer top-tier client service through regular engagement.
Assist with the implementation of renewal and broking strategies in accordance with instructions received from the senior broker, including negotiations with Insurers.
Ensure the timely and accurate production of invoices, quotation/placing slips, premium calculations, reports, manuals, policy documentation and endorsements.
About You:
You have experience in insurance broking or underwriting, and have a desire to work towards industry specialisation
You have excellent technical general insurance skills
You have complemented this experience with Tier 1 or Diploma Qualifications
You possess excellent organisational skills and the ability to effectively prioritise tasks, managing multiple responsibilities at once.
You demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills, combined with strong administrative abilities and a keen eye for detail, alongside a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients
