All Doors is an established garage door business in its 53rd year of trading. A family owned company servicing the Toowoomba Region, Lockyer Valley, Granite Belt, Darling Downs and Western Qld.

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler/Service Coordinator to join our team.

As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating service calls for our team of technicians across South East & Western Queensland, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and according to client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative tasks including managing phone calls and emails.

Data entry including processing job requests, quoting and invoicing.

Efficiently managing Technicians to complete assigned jobs.

Managing client warranty enquiries and associated warranty works and claims.

Ad-hoc duties to support our busy team with any other needs that assists in the fast turnaround of services for our clients.

To be successful in the position you will need:

The ability to take initiative.

Experience in a client focused, Service Coordination / Scheduling / Administration or other relevant role.

The ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and clients.

The ability to work autonomously and under pressure.

Strong time management and ability to juggle competing priorities.

Team coordination, ensuring smooth communication between office staff and field crew.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Good problem solving skills.

Attention to detail.
