RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE.

Accounts Payable

Processing a high volume of invoices accurately and on time

Manual invoice coding and matching

Communicating with suppliers and resolving payment issues

Bank reconciliations

Supporting with month end AP accruals

Accounts Receivable

Managing heavy collections and debtor follow-ups

Performing complex reconciliations

Handling large volumes of transactions daily

Building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE.

Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a high-volume AP or AR role

Solid understanding of manual accounts processes

Industry-specific system experience highly desirable

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Background in retail or similar fast-paced industry is a plus

Proficient in Excel and confident working with accounting systems
