Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable:

Process accounts payable invoices accurately and timely.

Conduct daily bank reconciliations and reconcile general ledger accounts.

Coordinate with regional and international offices on accounts payable matters.

Maintain up-to-date accounts payable contacts in the ERP system (MS Dynamics).

Reconcile and monitor the company’s clearing account.

Accounts Receivable:

Generate and dispatch invoices promptly and accurately.

Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up on outstanding debts.

Process accounts receivable transactions and code invoices into the ERP system.

Organize and distribute debtor statements to clients.

Reconcile client accounts and respond to customer inquiries professionally.

Customer Service:

Cultivate positive relationships with customers to resolve payment issues and enhance satisfaction.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and relevant regulations.

General:

Assist with end-of-month and end-of-year duties, including balance sheet reconciliations.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Perform ad-hoc duties as required.

Key Skills and Attributes:

Experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable roles.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ERP systems, preferably MS Dynamics 365.

Professional demeanour and well-presented appearance.

Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.

Attention to detail and logical, analytical thinking.

Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
