The Role:

You’ll be responsible for leading our Rosebery kitchen team to maintain smooth and efficient kitchen operation.

Maintain top-tier food hygiene and safety standards.

Full Time, no-nights, weekend availability.

Core Responsibilities:

Prepare food items to hygiene and safety standards

Follow recipe guidelines and maintain consistent quality

Keep all equipment and tools clean and well-maintained

Learn menu items, portion control, and kitchen efficiency

Oversee inventory management, ordering and controlling food costs.

Train, mentor, and roster kitchen staff, promoting a positive and efficient work environment.

Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.

Maintain invoices and assist with cost of goods reporting.

What Makes You A Perfect Fit:

At least 3 years of kitchen experience

Strong understanding of consistency, reliability, and efficiency

A fast-paced worker with good mis en place and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills – clear, professional, and concise
