We are on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Head Chef & Baristas to lead our kitchen and café operations. Your Role

As Head Chef, you will be instrumental in:

Managing and overseeing all kitchen and café operations, from menu development to daily food and coffee preparation.

Leading a team, fostering a positive, efficient, and high-performing work environment.

Creating and updating seasonal menus that highlight creativity, freshness, and local ingredients.

Ensuring full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

Managing stock, ordering supplies, and maintaining cost control for food and labour.

Working closely with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and an outstanding customer experience.

Driving continuous improvement in kitchen workflows and customer satisfaction.

We're building a menu focused on high-quality burgers, wraps, fish and chips, and more! We're looking for a passionate chef who can bring fresh ideas and creativity to help shape a standout, customer-friendly menu.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Head Chef or in a senior culinary leadership role.

Proven expertise in food preparation, plating, and kitchen management.

Exceptional leadership and mentoring abilities.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.

Passion for innovative, high-quality, and visually appealing food and drinks.

Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
