About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team as Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring our kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our customers. What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry

Proven track record of leading and developing a successful kitchen team

Exceptional culinary skills and knowledge of contemporary cooking techniques and trends

Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
