What You’ll Be Doing

• Guide clients through the lending process from initial consultation through to settlement
• Recommend lending products aligned to each client’s goals and needs
• Manage the end-to-end application process with precision and care
• Build lasting relationships with referral partners, especially in the property space
• Stay on top of policy, rate changes, and market trends
• Contribute to a culture built on integrity, results, and putting clients first

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as a Mortgage Broker or Banker
• Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or willingness to complete)
• Confident communicator with strong attention to detail and time management
• Target-driven mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Familiarity with tools like ApplyOnline, and lender portals
