Qualifications & experience

Tier 1 Qualification in Insurance Broking (ASIC RG146)

2 Years plus General Insurance Broking Experience

Sunrise Experience & insurer online platform experience

Good product knowledge & experience including Business Packs, Liability, PI, ML, Motor, Plant & Equipment and Domestic policies.

You will need excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and organisational skills.

Tasks & responsibilities

Assisting the Principal with all aspects of servicing, maintaining and growing the portfolio of clients

Broking / marketing of renewal accounts to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients

Assisting the principal with quoting on new business opportunities

Invoicing of policy renewals & endorsements

Claims management for the portfolio

Maintaining & building strong client and insurer relationships
