Your Role & Our Key Selection Criteria
This is your opportunity to play a central role in being a part of our journey. This position is responsible for assisting the equipment finance brokers with servicing our existing and potential client base. The role will rely heavily on the ability to work closely with colleagues.
Pivoting from task to task in our impressively designed office, the following are the core responsibilities you'll own as a Broker Support Officer:
Preparation, lodgment, and settlement of customer loans while maintaining compliance with relevant laws, regulations and internal policies.
Liaising with all stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes for all parties whilst building rapport.
Provide support to and working closely with other organisational departments and maintaining associated CRMs.
Identifying, creating and implementing goal specific projects.
Working with peers to assess, problem solve and optimize the client journey and amplify client engagement.
“After sales” service and on-going client assistance.

Your Experience:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a fast-paced small to medium office environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Outlook is critical to your success.
Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration (highly regarded but not essential).
Strong confidence in customer service with a focus on client outcomes.
Bonus points if you understand the finance industry.
