About the Role

Green Light Funding, the new asset finance arm of Loan Market Excel, is seeking an experienced Asset Finance Broker to help drive business growth. You'll handle a mix of commercial and consumer asset finance deals, with the majority of leads coming from warm referrals in our existing mortgage database. A strong personal referral network is a bonus!

Key Responsibilities

Manage asset finance deals from initial inquiry through to settlement

Build and maintain relationships with clients, referring brokers, and key stakeholders

Work closely with the directors to build and develop the asset finance business which includes sales cadence, workflow and support staff processes

Provide expert advice on both commercial and consumer asset finance options to our customers

Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient processing

About You

3+ years of experience in commercial and consumer asset finance (brokerage experience is preferred)

Proven ability to manage multiple deals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional client service

Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work both independently and within a team

A strong referral network is a bonus but not essential
