Our respected family-owned mortgage brokerage in Toowoomba City is looking for a full-time office-based broking assistant. You will work closely with our team of experienced brokers, loan tracking and post-settlement support staff to provide a personalised, proactive and friendly home loan service. You will work with multiple lenders, so no day will be the same!

You will assist our mortgage brokers with a variety of tasks, including: answering enquiries/booking client meetings, preparing and checking loan documentation (for multiple lenders), liaising with lenders and clients regarding outstanding documents and completing client loan reviews. You will also receive assistance from an experienced loan tracker.

This position provides the opportunity to complete your Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking at no cost and the ability to start developing the skills required to become a successful finance/mortgage broker or lending specialist. We also offer free on-site parking at our modern office and a collaborative, tight-knit team approach.

Experience and proven skills in a similar role are essential. Previous lending, banking, equipment finance, or conveyancing experience is required to be considered for this role.
