About the Role:

Our client is seeking an experienced Managed Services Project Manager (MSPM) to lead the delivery of key technology and service projects across a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned project manager with a strong background in managed services, governance, and stakeholder management to make a meaningful impact.

You will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, while ensuring alignment with client objectives and business outcomes. The role involves managing third-party vendors, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver multiple Managed Services projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget outcomes.
• Lead governance processes, reporting, and communication across internal teams, clients, and external vendors.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet service level agreements (SLAs) and client expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities for service improvements and efficiencies within project delivery.
• Ensure all projects comply with organisational policies, procedures, and quality standards.

About You:

• Proven experience delivering Managed Services projects in complex, multi-vendor environments.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Prince2, PMBOK, or Agile.
• Demonstrated ability to manage governance, budgets, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with executive stakeholders and technical teams.
• Relevant certifications in Project Management (e.g., Prince2, PMP, Agile) are highly desirable.
• Background in cybersecurity, digital services, or IT service management will be highly regarded.
