What this role is really about:

Taking charge of multiple jobs – juggling timelines, people, paperwork and priorities

Owning the process – from site inspections, SWMS and material ordering to POs, RFIs and handover packs

Being present – you'll be on-site regularly, setting direction, checking quality, managing targets

Running your own show – reporting direct to the owner with full autonomy (and zero micromanagement)

You'll suit this role if:

You’ve managed multiple electrical jobs at once – and thrived under the pressure

You know your way around a switchboard, even if you’re not a qualified sparkie

You’ve got solid experience with job management systems (SimPRO is a bonus)

You’re organised, decisive, and not afraid to challenge the status quo

You’re settled and want a long-term role where you can make a real difference
