We will be interested in speaking to Senior Project Engineers and Project Managers in the land development sector in Melbourne.

The Company
A long-established upper-tier Subdivisions contractor delivering superlot subdivision projects to developers across the north and west of Melbourne. A brilliant name in the industry with brand new offices in the north of Melbourne.

The role
Reporting to the construction manager, you will run large-scale bulk earthworks and utilities packages

• Delivery of greenfield land development sites from start to completion
• Coordinating site activities, dealing with councils, OH&S, scheduling resources and machinery
• Adhere to Health and Safety requirements
• Communicate with clients, councils, consultants, and authorities
• Plan and project programming

To be successful in the role, you will have

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Project Engineer in land development projects in Australia
• Strong understanding of bulk earthworks, drainage, and road construction (advantageous)
• Degree in Construction/Engineering
• Experience in construction projects up to $40 million
• Excellent time management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Appropriate IT skills
