Your new role
As an Assistant Account Executive, you will support the work of our Account Executives and Account Managers in managing a portfolio of commercial clients, including SME businesses, franchise groups, and corporate clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Processing client invoices and managing client documentation
• Drafting client letters and communications
• Assisting in the management of client claims
• Fielding general client enquiries
• Providing general administration support

Experience required

• Minimum 18 months working within an insurance brokerage (Ideally within an Assistant Broker role
• Tier 2 minimum qualification, Tier 1 preferred
• Ideally you would have experience using Winbeat & SCTP
• Exceptional all round communication skills and ability to work directly with clients and key stakeholders
• Ability to accurately process and administer client invoices and documentation
