About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Receptionist/Administrator to join the team at HDT Chartered Accountants in Busselton, WA. This part-time role will be for three days per week (likely Monday - Wednesday) and will be responsible for providing front-line administrative and reception services to support the running of the office.
What you'll be doing
Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answering and directing incoming phone calls
Providing a range of general administrative support duties, including managing the calendar and booking appointments
Managing and handling both client and Australian Taxation Office correspondence
Providing support to the accounting team as required
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role is preferable, ideally within a professional services environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and positive approach
Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure when deadlines arise
Proficient in the use of standard office software, such as Microsoft Office
