Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a creative and authentic Indian menu, blending tradition with modern techniques.

• Supervise and manage kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality, hygiene, and efficiency standards.

• Train and mentor the culinary team, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.

• Source and manage fresh, high-quality ingredients, maintaining cost control and minimising waste.

• Collaborate with management on seasonal menu updates, special events, and promotional campaigns.

• Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and techniques in Indian cuisine.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef specialising in Indian fine dining cuisine.

• In-depth knowledge of regional Indian flavours, techniques, and ingredients.

• Strong leadership and organisational skills with a hands-on approach to kitchen management.

• Creativity and passion for presenting dishes with exceptional taste and visual appeal.

• Comprehensive understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
