About the role

This full-time role is crucial in overseeing the successful delivery of our diverse construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

Manage all aspects of assigned construction projects, from planning and scheduling to resource allocation and budget control

Liaise closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination

Identify and mitigate potential risks, implementing appropriate strategies to maintain project timelines and quality

Monitor project progress, provide regular updates, and implement corrective actions as needed

Ensure strict compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and quality regulations

Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management processes and procedures

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry

Demonstrated expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach

Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations

Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera)

Relevant tertiary qualifications in project management, construction management, or a related field
