• Proven experience delivering built form commercial and/or retail projects end-to-end.
• Solutions-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable operating autonomously.
• Confident, clear communicator—able to hold your own with senior stakeholders.
• Tertiary qualification in property, construction, or a related discipline.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment where accountability is real.
