Based in a fantastic, upmarket part of Melbourne's Prahran precinct this successful office specialises in partnering with property developers and project sales and marketing, as well as a number of other property functions.
Due to growth, and a trajectory to amp up the sales division, the company is now seeking an enthusiastic Sales Team Leader/General Manager ready for the next step in their career, to join the team.
Your role will be responsible for overseeing the sales activities for two Senior Sales Consultants providing mentorship, training and guidance to ensure every chance of success to not only reach, but exceed set targets.
Your experience in a similar role will be high advantageous to your success in this role as our client would welcome someone that can implement new sales strategies, improve existing ones and identify new business opportunities. In addition to the sales component of the role you will also be responsible for overseeing many of the internal operational affairs within the sales division from a hands on, and administrative point of view.
This roles requires excellent leadership and managerial skills, as well as listing and selling skills second to none. You will be responsible for the valuation/listing of all properties lost from the rent roll for sale, which is about 80 warms leads annually! You will be proficient in preparing and analyzing sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or similar role
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and trends
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite

Main responsibilities include:
Manage and lead a team of real estate sales agents
Set sales targets and develop sales strategies
Monitor performance and provide coaching and training to sales agents
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and ethical standards
Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
Prepare and analyze sales reports and forecasts
Working with a friendly, professional team and reporting to director, this position will be very generously remunerated and includes a base and commision scheme.
