This position is key to maintaining operational efficiency and delivering excellent service to both clients and agents.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate listings, contracts, and client communication

• Prepare sales documentation and property marketing materials

• Liaise with vendors, buyers, agents, and solicitors

• Manage calendars, inspections, and settlement timelines

• Use Eagle CRM and property tech tools to streamline workflow

You’ll Thrive In This Role If You Have:

• Prior experience in a sales coordinator or real estate admin role

• A sharp eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a calm presence under pressure

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate CRMs

• Excellent communication and multitasking skills

• A passion for supporting a high-performance sales environment
