Twin Social is on the lookout for a bold and experienced Digital Strategy & Performance Lead to join our fast-growing creative agency. With an expansive portfolio of active, hospitality, trade, corporate, lifestyle and service based clients across Australia, we need someone who’s ready to step up, lead with intent, and drive serious results.
This is a senior-level opportunity for a strategic thinker who can connect content with performance, lead a digital team, and protect client retention with sharp thinking and sharp execution.
About the Role
This is not a content role. This is not a coordinator role.
This is the strategic heart of Twin Social’s client delivery — a role that will give you direct influence over client outcomes, agency performance, and internal growth.
You’ll lead strategy and results across 40+ digital accounts, working closely with the Managing Directors to ensure every campaign drives value. You’ll mentor our digital coordinators, align paid and organic efforts, and be the key reason clients stay and grow.
Your Core Responsibilities
Lead and own performance strategy across all Twin Social clients
Coach, mentor, and guide 4 digital coordinators + paid ads specialist
Conduct monthly client account health checks and develop retention plans
Bridge the gap between creative and commercial results
Brief high-impact content and direct campaigns that drive bookings, sales, and ROI
Improve systems for reporting, KPIs, and workflow optimisation
Work closely with the Managing Directors to identify opportunities and risks
Step into high-value accounts where performance needs to be lifted
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:
4–6+ years in digital marketing (agency preferred)
Able to lead a coordinated and driven ream
Proven ability to lead strategy across content, organic social media, paid ads, and email
Strong commercial acumen and confidence in owning outcomes
Experience managing or mentoring digital staff
A performance-first mindset — you think in KPIs, not just visuals
Exceptional communication skills (internal + client-facing)
Previous project management experience
Understand the creative process of photography, videography & graphic design
Organisation, take pride in presentation and punctuality
Bonus Points For:
Hospitality or lifestyle marketing experience
Familiarity with tools like Monday.com
Experience working with creative teams to direct content that converts
Strong reporting, insight, and decision-making capabilities
