You’ll be part of a close-knit creative crew: working alongside our Digital Manager, Operations Manager, Comms Designers and Content Producers to bring campaign strategies to life and drive exceptional digital performance.

What do you do?
This isn’t just a social media coordinator role. This is a digital marketing role with a heavy focus on performance and results, especially on Google Ads.
Your day-to-day will include:
Google Ads campaign setup, management, optimisation and reporting (Search, Display, Performance Max)
SEO/SEM and keyword strategy alignment
Cross-channel tracking setup (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.)
Managing and scheduling content for clients’ social media channels (Meta, LinkedIn,)
Monthly reports and actionable insights for clients
Supporting eDM and marketing automation campaigns
Contributing to creative content strategies (yes, you can write, but performance comes first)
Collaborating with designers and producers to deliver campaigns that convert
Keeping websites and digital funnels optimised for performance
You'll nail this role if you have?
Technical Skills
2+ years experience running Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, PMax)
Proven ability to interpret performance data and optimise for ROI
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager
Understanding of SEO/SEM best practices
Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
Experience across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok ads is a bonus — but not the focus

A FINAL NOTE
If your experience is mostly social media content or organic posting — while this is great, this role probably isn’t the right fit. We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes paid performance, especially Google Ads.
