A rapidly growing specialty eatery group is seeking a hands-on, driven Operations Manager to lead a passionate team across multiple locations, boost profitability, and elevate operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations, staffing, and stock levels across all sites

Drive revenue growth and manage costs, labour, and expenses

Hire, train, and support Store Managers and teams

Ensure compliance with WHS, Food Safety, and internal policies

Improve efficiency and customer experience through systems and structure

Action team and customer feedback to resolve issues promptly

Conduct performance reviews and support development

What We’re Looking For

2+ years’ experience in multi-site café/fast casual management

Strong commercial acumen and operational problem-solving

Excellent communication and team leadership skills

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Food Safety Supervisor certificate + valid driver’s licence
