About the role

As the Operations Manager at The Charles Boutique Hotel and Dining, you will oversee the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of this prestigious hotel and dining establishment. Based in Wagga Wagga, NSW, this full-time role will see you leading a team of dedicated professionals to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

What you'll be doing

Manage and coordinate all hotel operations, including housekeeping, front desk, and food and beverage services

Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, health and safety regulations, and brand standards

Oversee staff scheduling, training, and development to maintain high levels of customer service

Manage budgets and control costs to maximise profitability

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Liaise with other department heads to foster teamwork and align operations

Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner

Experience in a similar management role

Proven track record of leading and motivating a team to achieve operational excellence

Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and cost control

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
