What You'll Be Doing:

Monitor KPIs and service performance, looking for ways to improve efficiency and client outcomes.

Analyse client data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Take a hands-on approach to solving issues and responding to client needs.

What You Bring:

Experience in logistics, customer service, or client coordination roles with a strong interest in account management.

Confidence in engaging with stakeholders and developing relationships.

A knack for analysing data and identifying trends.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); exposure to F2020 is a bonus.
