Spark Relief Teachers: A platform connecting schools, childcare centres, and kindergartens with casual relief teachers and educators.

Loop Alumni Management Platform: A tool for schools and universities to engage and manage alumni networks.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and confident team member to assist in the growth of our product, Spark Relief Teachers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in customer service, sales, or call centre work who is looking for a flexible and casual role in our Richmond office.

What You’ll Do

As a Junior Account Coordinator, you will play a key role in the growth of our new branch at Spark. Your responsibilities will include:

Conduct outbound calls to Spark’s new customers.

Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.

Provide exceptional customer service to support users.

Develop strategies to attract new customers.

Analyse market trends and customer feedback to contribute to product innovation.

Meet weekly KPI targets.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking someone who is:

Excited about working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Experienced in sales (preferred but not essential).

Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Equipped with excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.

Adaptable and takes initiative.

Positive with a can-do attitude.

Working Arrangements

This is a casual, in-office role based in Richmond, with flexible start times between 10:00 am - 4:00 pm. We believe in the power of face-to-face collaboration to foster innovation and strengthen our team dynamic.
