They seek an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist, to join their team, preferably from the labour hire recruitment background. You will be reporting to the Owner and General Manager of the company. Your proven experience in a similar role prior, is essential.

Your responsibilities in this role will include –

Recruiting Labour Hire: Follow all steps starting from identifying the hiring need, creating the job spec and all the way to onboarding the new hire.

Talent Community Building: Proactively identify, connect with, and engage top talent across relevant industries to build a thriving talent pool for future hiring needs.

Networking & Outreach: Actively participate in networking events, social media engagement, and talent marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility and attract candidates.

Relationship Management: Stay in regular contact with candidates to maintain engagement, build trust, and create long-term relationships.

Proactive Sourcing: Utilize creative sourcing methods to identify top-tier talent—whether it’s through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, or platforms we haven’t even thought of yet.

Forecasting & Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to understand the company’s growth plans and predict future talent needs.

Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate feels valued and heard, even when there isn’t an immediate role available.

Pipeline Reporting: Keep track of your talent pipeline and regularly report on trends, availability, and readiness.

Skills & Key Requirements –

You’re a natural networker who’s passionate about connecting with people

You have 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related roles, preferably in labour hire recruitment space. (Bonus points for experience in proactive recruiting or community building!)

You love staying ahead of the curve—anticipating hiring needs before they arise

You’re highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple relationships at once (without dropping the ball)

You understand the importance of candidate experience and bring a personable, engaging approach to your outreach

You’re confident using sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, etc.) and keeping your pipeline organized

You can talk the talk (excellent communication skills) and walk the walk (proven ability to deliver results)
