Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the end-to-end hiring processes in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This role involves overseeing multiple vacancies at a time, managing systems, partnering closely with hiring managers, & providing strategic recruitment advice.

About the Role:

You will play a pivotal role within the P&C team and will be responsible for:

• Managing the end to end recruitment processes from sourcing to offer
• Overseeing recruitment systems
• Building strong relationships with hiring managers and agency partners
• Managing recruitment budgets
• Maintaining candidate documentation and information
• Maintaining an active LinkedIn presence
• Providing strategic hiring advice to stakeholders

About You:

To be successful in this role you will bring:

• 5+ years Corporate internal Talent Acquisition experience, ideally within agile environments, Professional services or similar is preferable
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills
• Hands-on approach with the ability to adapt to business needs
• Familiarity with different ATS's including Page Up & SuccessFactors will be advantageous
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, engaged workplace
