We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivated individual to join Civic Disability Services as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Talent Acquisition Business Partner is responsible for managing the end to end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing and due diligence). You will be partnering with Leaders to build talent acquisition strategies, processes and capabilities to meet staffing requirements and build a pipeline for future roles.
This role is also responsible for overseeing the onboarding and induction process to ensure a smooth transition and positive candidate experience to set new starters up for success.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Partnering with hiring managers to identify current and future recruitment needs.
Determining appropriate recruitment method and optimal job advertising mix, including job boards, careers pages and social networks.
Managing end to end recruitment activities.
Plan, coordinate and run assessment centres.
Develop and maintain a monthly recruitment report including vacancies, costs and KPI’s i.e., time to hire.
Prepare and monitor turnover and retention rates (company-wide and by department).
Use turnover trends to predict turnover in keys roles.
Review and update advertisement templates.
Develop and distribute candidate experience surveys.
Oversee onboarding and induction activities and provide a monthly report on induction compliance.
ABOUT YOU
You are passionate about recruitment and enjoy the challenge of finding the right candidate. You have experience managing end to end recruitment, as well as developing talent pools.
You know the strategies that work well today, may not necessarily be the strategies that work tomorrow and as such, you are forward thinking, innovative and adaptable. You are always looking at new opportunities to grow your talent pool and find the right candidate.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
3 to 5 years’ experience working in a similar role, ideally within the Disability, Aged Care or Health Sectors.
Sole responsibility for end-to-end recruitment cycle.
Previous experience networking and building talent pools.
Intermediate Microsoft Office and computer skills.
To succeed in the position of Talent Acquisition Business Partner you will need to have strong relationship building and communication skills, thrive working in a fast-paced environment, embrace change with enthusiasm and a positive attitude and, be flexible to the changing needs of Civic.

Civic provides a range of individualised supports to complete everyday personal activities, thereby assisting in the transition to more independent living. Experienced Civic staff use a Person Centred Active Support (PCAS) approach with a range of living activities.
