We are Cardiology Associates, highly regarded Australia-wide, and a leading specialist Cardiology practice located in Miranda, Engadine, Sans Souci, and Woolooware Bay. We comprise Physician, Interventional, and Electrophysiology Cardiologists. We are looking for a Medical admin all-rounder to become an integral part of our dynamic team on a full-time basis. Part-time/job share will be considered for the right candidate/s. We are committed to providing an outstanding service to our patients and clinicians alike, whilst providing a friendly work environment with a good work/life balance. Our admin staff have the opportunity to have a percentage of their role based at home, once they have become an established member of the team. You will report to the Practice Manager and be rostered to rotate through a range of workstations, servicing both the front desk, and other dedicated administration areas, with plenty of workload diversity. We are fortunate that we are a very busy practice, so applicants must be comfortable working as a part of a large team.

Proficiency with Tempo echocardiography reporting software (training provided).
Things about you we will love:
Proven customer service experience
An interest in a career in health
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level organisation and attention to detail
Great time management and juggling skills
Compassion and empathy
The confidence to ask questions and make suggestions
You work well as part of a team, but can ace it on your own
The ability to make our patients feel comfortable and confident
You realise the importance of maintaining the utmost confidentiality at all times.
If this sounds like the role for you and you think you can contribute positively to an eclectic and culturally diverse team, I would love to hear all about you. Please forward your resume and a cover letter to [email protected] or call 02 9525 9266 for a confidential discussion.
