Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Delivering professional and warm patient service

Managing phone and email enquiries with efficiency and empathy

Administration tasks

Opening and closing the practice

Coordinating patient appointments and ensuring smooth daily operations

Handling and resolving patient queries

Invoicing, receipting, and reconciliation

Ordering clinical and office supplies

Liaising with referrers, suppliers, and third parties

Supporting and guiding fellow reception team members

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of experience in medical reception or healthcare administration

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for providing exceptional patient care

Proactive mindset

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

Proficiency in electronic medical record systems

Professional, reliable, and mature attitude

Flexible and solutions-oriented approach

Previous experience in ophthalmology is ideal but not essential

Hours Range Between:

Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Friday: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Salary is commensurate with experience.
