Administration Support Officer - Reception
Fixed Term Part Time 11/07/2025 - 17/07/2026 - Maternity Leave Cover
32 Hours per Fortnight
An opportunity exists for a motivated and experienced Administration Support Officer to join REDHS Front Reception Team. This position will work collaboratively with the relevant community care teams to support with administrative and operational support services to employees, contractors, patients, residents, volunteers and visitors of REDHS.
Our Community Care Team are in a period of growth, progression and expansion, and it’s an exciting time to be a part of an organisation who make a difference to the lives of others.
The successful applicant/s will bring the following:
Demonstrated experience in Administration
Demonstrated high standard of professionalism, ethics, confidentiality and discretion
Ability to work under pressure whilst demonstrating flexibility as to be able to manage competing deadlines
Computing skills - Competent intermediate level across Microsoft suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher, Outlook and internet

Rochester and Elmore District Health Service (REDHS) is situated in Rochester which is the gateway to the mighty Murray River region and close to the regional centres of Echuca, Bendigo and Shepparton.
We are an integrated rural health service, providing a broad range of acute, residential aged care, preventative and primary health programs to a population of approximately 8,600 people in the Campaspe and Bendigo Shires.
We enjoy a strong relationship with our community and we are focused on delivering services that meet their needs.
Following the flood in October 2022, we commenced an extensive rebuild of our facility which was completed in January 2025.
