We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Reception – Administration Officer to be the warm, professional face of our home. You’ll provide vital administrative support, manage staff rosters, assist with new resident admissions, and work closely with the Facility Manager on day-to-day operations and projects. Essential:
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills including experience liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated previous reception and administrative experience, in the Aged Care Sector and/or Residential Services setting.
- Demonstrated experience in Rostering.
- Attention to detail, well developed prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook as well as fast and accurate typing.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all matters.
- Current Victorian Driver’s License.
- Facility-based role with onsite requirement.
