Administration Officer – Full Time

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our vibrant and supportive team based in Thomastown. Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-level customer service to clients, technicians, and internal stakeholders
Provide administrative support across inbox management, inbound calls, goods receipting, and general office coordination
Maintain and support job scheduling and data accuracy in simPRO
Prepare weekly and monthly invoicing
Assist with accounts payable
Work collaboratively within a dynamic admin team to support field operations
About You
You will bring:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative or customer service role
Previous experience working in an electrical, construction, or trade services environment (preferred)
Proficiency using simPRO (essential)
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
High level of computer literacy including Microsoft Office and Outlook
Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask under pressure
Strong attention to detail and a proactive, “can-do” approach
