About the Role:
As the Accounts Payable Officer, you'll be responsible for the full end-to-end function of accounts payable, ensuring all invoices, payments, and reconciliations are processed efficiently and accurately. Reporting to the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Processing supplier invoices and credit notes

Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies

Preparing weekly payment runs and managing payment queries

Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers

Maintaining accurate records and supporting month-end processes

About You:

Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role (2+ years ideal)

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

Proficiency with financial systems and Microsoft Excel

Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
