They are looking to expand their finance team by hiring an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to ensure the smooth and accurate management of financial transactions. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This role is key to supporting the finance department and ensuring the company's financial health and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full function Accounts Payable
• Matching, batching, and coding of invoices
• Full function Accounts Receivable
• Billing, receipting, and allocation of payments
• Bank, GL, and credit card reconciliations
• Supporting the Finance Team with month end processes and budgets
• Work closely with other departments to provide financial support and guidance.

• Demonstrated experience in the position accountabilities
• Experience with accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and improving financial processes.
