Jetset Pilates has officially landed in Australia, and our Glen Iris studio is where it all begins. As the first flagship location outside of the US, this isn’t just a studio, it’s the start of something exciting for Melbourne’s boutique fitness scene.

We’re looking for a standout Assistant Studio Manager (Community Lead) to join the foundational leadership team and help take Jetset Pilates Glen Iris to the next level.

About the Role
As Community Lead, you’ll be the driving force behind an exceptional client experience, day-to-day studio operations, and community engagement. You’ll work closely with our Owner and Studio Lead to elevate every touchpoint, from new client welcomes to local events that build our brand presence.

A Day in the Life:

• Leading and developing a high-performing front-of-house team
• Overseeing client care, feedback, and membership growth
• Building partnerships with local wellness businesses and influencers
• Driving community events and local marketing with flair
• Helping shape an inclusive, energised culture where both clients and team love to be

About You:

• 3+ years in customer service (fitness, hospitality, retail)
• At least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
• Passion for boutique fitness and wellness
• Confident communicator and natural relationship-builder
• Experienced in sales, events, and client retention
• CRM, Mindbody or AXLE knowledge? Even better.
• Flexible AM/PM shifts (must be available to work Sundays)
• Extroverted, proactive, ready to represent a premium brand in the Melbourne market

What's on Offer:

• Base Salary: $65,000–$75,000 + Superannuation
• Growth Bonus Structure
• Performance-Based Salary Review after 12 months
