About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant in our Social & Community Services division, you’ll work closely with purpose-driven organisations making a genuine difference in people’s lives. You’ll recruit for roles within:
Family & Domestic Violence Services
Children & Families Support
Child Protection Programs
Housing & Homelessness Services
Refugee & Asylum Seeker Support
Mental Health Services
Key responsibilities will include:
Winning new business and establishing professional relationships in the industry.
Engaging with clients to gain an understanding of their company, culture, and job vacancy requirements.
Visiting our clients, providing consultative advice on the job market, and managing client expectations.
Writing and advertising job vacancies and implementing new candidate attraction strategies.
Connecting with and interviewing candidates to understand their unique needs.
Screening applicants and assessing their skills and fit against new roles.
Contacting new and existing candidates to create a pipeline of talent for current and future jobs.
Organising candidate interviews, managing offers and candidate onboarding.

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who has:
Consulting Expertise: A minimum of 2 years of consulting experience, preferably but not essential within the Social Work/healthcare/sector.
Proactive Approach: You are proactive and don't wait for the phone to ring; instead, you take the initiative to drive results.
Integrity and Team Spirit: We value honesty, trustworthiness, and a collaborative mindset. As a team player, you contribute to a positive and cohesive work environment.
