Situated 30km south of Bundaberg, our macadamia orchard “Gregory” consists of 210ha mixed modern varieties with a further 220ha in development.

We’re seeking an experienced and values-driven Orchard Manager to lead the operation.

An experienced Orchard Manager who prides themselves on Best Practice whilst actively pursuing continuous improvement initiatives.

Do you have previous operational management experience?

Do you have financial management skills?

Do you have experience with technology?

Responsibilities

Delivers high level leadership and ownership across the business unit

Leads and grows orchard team, with a strong focus on professional development and succession planning

Develops and delivers business plans and budgets, including but not limited to annual farm management plan and budgeting requirements

Utilise technology and systems in line with broader operational strategy

Creates and maintains a culture of safe behaviour, leading by example

What can we offer you?

Salary $110,000 - $120,000 + Super
