Taipan is seeking a permanent, part-time Customer Relations Officer to join our team! We can offer flexible hours that work around school times, a great supportive team, extensive training and ongoing opportunities!

What you’ll be doing:

Promote open and regular communication with the Customer Relations Officers Team.

Answer inbound telephone sales and general enquiries.

Translate and data entry of sales quotes and orders for existing customers.

Manage and process COD customer payments.

Use a collaborative approach to resolve customer issues and complaints.

Action orders in the sales inbox

To be successful you'll need some or all of the following:

Excellent Customer Service Skills

Good problem solving skills

Knowledge of hose and fittings is desirable but not necessary.

Excel Skills Desirable

Information and communication technology (ICT) literate

Excellent communication skills

Effective Time Management

Valid full driver’s license
