CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

Your New Role

Your new role provides is being the fact of the Shire providing day to day customer at the front counter and providing support to the back-office processing accounts and administration.

What you’ll need to succeed

The successful applicant will ideally have:

· previous experience in handling cash and reconciling takings,

· the ability to work autonomously, pay attention to detail, perform duties with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality,

· effective numeracy, sound problem solving skills and communications skills,

· previous Local Government experience,

· excellent customer service and people skills, and

· the ability to work in a team environment.

· Salary package range of $58,345 - $70,678 per annum dependent on qualifications and experience inclusive of:

o Up to 15% with Council superannuation contribution
