The Opportunity
We're seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our WA/SA/NT Sales Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in being the backbone of a successful sales operation.

What You'll Be Doing

Processing customer orders and payments with accuracy and efficiency

Being the friendly voice our customers hear when they call or email with queries

Managing our sales inbox to ensure nothing falls through the cracks

Maintaining our ERP system (Hansaworld) to keep our sales pipeline flowing smoothly

Collaborating with our Warehouse, Finance, and Service teams to ensure timely order dispatch

Providing first-level product support to customers (full training provided)

Supporting our sales team at trade shows and events

What We're Looking For

Previous sales administration experience (highly desirable but we'll consider strong administrators from other fields)

Someone who gets satisfaction from ticking things off their to-do list

A natural problem-solver who stays calm under pressure

Strong communication skills - you'll be our customers' first point of contact

Computer confidence and ability to learn new systems
