Based in Bayswater, we’re a small, close-knit team that values loyalty, honesty, and getting the job done without fuss. With our current Sales and Office Manager moving on after a great contribution, we’re now looking for the right person to step into this key role.

The Role

This is a full-time position (with one Saturday morning shift every third week, 9:00–12:30).

You’ll lead our front-of-house sales and admin function, supported by a small team. We’ll provide full training on our systems (Zoho CRM, phone, web platform), so you can hit the ground running.

Your day-to-day will include:

Responding to phone and online sales enquiries

Serving walk-in customers at our Bayswater showroom

Running credit checks and following up orders to close the sale

Managing product listings and SEO-focused web content

Supporting and supervising admin staff

Working with management to improve systems and customer experience
