We are currently looking for a motivated and organised Sales Administrator to support our Business Development Manager in delivering exceptional service to our clients. This is a unique opportunity to grow within a dynamic, supportive team and contribute to the expansion of a forward-thinking company.

Responsibilities

You will work closely with our Business Development Manager to support and coordinate sales and marketing activities. You will help ensure that our clients receive the best possible service, from initial enquiry through to project completion.

Activities

Manage inbound sales enquiries via phone and email

Assist with lead generation activities and lead qualifying activities

Schedule appointments, site visits and follow-ups

Assist in the preparation of quotes and proposals

Maintain and update client records in our CRM system

Prepare and distribute marketing materials and newsletters

Follow up on open opportunities

Monitor and report on sales performance metrics

Skills

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Highly organised with excellent time management

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (experience with simPRO is highly valued)

Good attention to detail and ability to multitask

Experience in an administrative or customer service role (experience in landscaping is highly valued)
