We have been supplying, servicing and repairing all brands of drinking water systems for commercial, industrial and domestic clients in Australia for over 25 years.

Our mission is to provide high quality drinking water across Australia to improve health outcomes. We achieve this by providing cost-effective, sustainable water filtration solutions to suit all budgets and industries.

We have an extensive client base including government departments, mining corporations, hospitals and hospitality businesses, alongside our domestic customers.

We are looking for enthusiastic sales professionals with previous experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver excellence in customer service and aim to exceed client expectations

Possess a high level of product knowledge – training provided

Meet Key Performance Indicators and sales targets as required

Training provided as required both products and database

Assist clients in showroom, online, via phone and through social media platforms

Use of database generating quotes, invoices, recording and input of data

Manage workload effectively and prioritise to meet deadlines.

Communicate positively with other team members to achieve goals.

Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Ability to effectively engage with clients and provide high-quality support.

Quick Learner: Eager to absorb knowledge about our water filtration products and services—prior experience is a plus but we have a team here who are happy to train

Strong Communication Skills: Proficient in both written and verbal communication, ensuring clarity and professionalism in interactions.

Efficient Time Management: Highly organised and skilled at managing multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment.

Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications and will to training to use our database system.

Relationship Building: Ability to develop positive working relationships with colleagues and clients.

Continuous Improvement Mindset: Eager to grow, acquire new skills, and enhance service delivery.

Personal Qualities: Outgoing, ‘can do’ attitude, reliable, punctual and ready to approach challenges with a positive mindset and welcome feedback.
