THE BUSINESS & ROLE:

Neurock is a privately owned and successful business, located on the Sunshine Coast. We work across a number of different building product categories, dealing with a number of high-profile clients and suppliers, known not only on the Sunshine Coast, but throughout the Australian Building Industry.

This role is a great position to learn our business and offers the potential to progress quickly if you are a quick learner and consistently deliver results.

As a Customer Service Officer your role will involve but not be limited to:

Entry of orders and associated tasks in a timely and accurate manner

Communicating with customers by phone and email

Processing of stock inwards/outwards as per systems provided

Working with the team to manage stock and inventory

Daily administration of customer related activities and QA checks

Assist in the administration of Safety related compliance activities

Assist in the formulation and administration of delivery timetables

Work as part of the team to achieve the results required.
